Requirements The ideal candidate should be able to manage and coordinate all tasks assigned by the Managing Partner, act as a reliable point of contact, and ensure seamless execution of operations, communications, and follow-ups. You’ll be the right hand to leadership—managing and ensuring that key priorities move forward without friction. This isn’t just a calendar-and-coffee type of role—we want someone who thrives on being one step ahead, handling sensitive information with discretion, and enabling execs to operate at their highest level. Your Future Role • Act as a filter and buffer to optimize the Managing Partner’s time and workflow. • Be flexible to manage work priorities that may extend beyond fixed working hours when necessary. • Maintain strong follow-up systems for timely completion of projects/assignments and keep the reporting officer updated on any developments, status reports related to ongoing projects and share follow-ups and follow-throughs with internal and external teams. • Work on ad hoc research projects and ensure timely completion with 100% accuracy and eye for detailing. • Should be high on integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality in day-to-day operations. • Remain up to date with the latest office productivity tools, trends and events in the industry. • Building genuine, solid relationships across the organization with internal and external stakeholders. • Preparing for key meetings, assembling papers, taking minutes, and following up on actions as required. • Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings, conferences (both internal & external). • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting briefs, and updates as requested. • Managing phone calls, routine emails and correspondence with vendors and clients within India and Internationally. What are we looking for? To qualify for the role, you must have: • Immaculate written and oral communication skills with the ability to take ownership of one's work. • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Should be comfortable working over weekends • Tech-savvy: comfortable with tools like Microsoft 365, etc. • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment • Experience: Prior experience in industries such as Aviation, Hospitality, Real Estate, etc. Personal attributes: • Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and to prioritise workload while remaining calm and composed. • Constantly exercise confidentiality, discretion, and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role. • A confident, professional manner. • The ability to establish a rapport with partners and staff. • Demonstrate a willingness to own and solve problems, or refer issues to the appropriate person. • Be resilient and have integrity. • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision • Proactive with a go-getter attitude.
