ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Attending Queries

• Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming queries.
• Redirect specific or unclear queries to the relevant team member as required.

Schedule Calls

• Coordinate with candidates to understand their availability.
• Send calendar invites and reminders

Create and Maintain a Call Database

• Log all completed calls in a structured tracker (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM).
• Include all necessary key details for the same

Prepare Documents

Draft or update required documents (e.g., confirmation letters, onboarding kits, payment receipts).

Share documents and update internal records.

Call Candidates and Share Program Details

• Initiate follow-up calls to share program-related information.
• Clarify doubts and guide candidates through the enrollment process.

Save Numbers and Create WhatsApp Groups

• Save candidate contact details.
• Create dedicated groups for communication.

Attend Calls

• Participate in scheduled calls.
• Take notes when required and stay informed of ongoing activities to ensure alignment with MYC’s goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
