Assist Management to formulate execute strategies for a 75 Acre plus Mixed Asset Class Development Industrial Logistics department
Assist in Long Range Planning for the Mixed Asset Class Development Industrial Logistics business and periodically monitor goals
MIS management
Trend analysis with respect to changes in the focus Real Estate Asset Classes
Market analysis for identifying targeting relevant tenants/Occupants for the mixed asset class segments
Pricing analysis to determine rentals sale value
Preparation of strategy decks for Management review and board presentations
Performance analysis of existing projects
Assist Management in evaluation of transactions in case of full exit or strata sale
