About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to manage and streamline our receivables process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing setup, ensuring timely collections, customer account reconciliation, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send timely invoices to customers
• Follow up on outstanding payments via calls/emails
• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of receivables
• Coordinate with the Sales and Dispatch team to resolve invoicing or payment issues
• Prepare aging reports and highlight overdue accounts
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Maintain strong communication with clients for payment status
• Support the month-end closing process related to receivables

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (preferably in Manufacturing)
• Proficient in MS Excel and Tally/ERP systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
