Role Overview

We are looking for someone with 2 years of experience of managing operations in Events and Activation Industry at a national level. This position will require providing leadership to the existing operations team, develop and nurture associate networks and ensure excellence in execution of events and activation projects. 

Experience

• Hands-on experience of managing large format outdoor events, exhibitions and BTL Activations across India 
• Knowledge of pan-India associate/vendor network for event and activation specific requirements 
• Knowledge of permissions, regulations and licenses required for events and activations 
• Managing logistics for simultaneous multi-city event and activation roll-outs 
• Knowledge of latest technologies and equipment for event production 
• Working knowledge of social media promotions 

Role

• Providing leadership to operations team 
• Develop and nurture associate/vendor network ensuring wide services offerings to clients 
• Comparative and commercial evaluation of quotes submitted by associates/vendors and 
• negotiations to ensure best costs for sourcing 
• Ensuring compliance of all government regulations, health & safety guidelines in projects and 
• obtaining required permissions and licenses 
• Complete control and knowledge of all ongoing projects and implementation of corrective 
• measures wherever needed. 
• On-time financial closures of projects and coordination with accounts/finance 
• Ensuring timely reporting and post-activity evaluation with client 

Abilities

• Working with teams across geographies ensuring smooth execution 
• Planning for large format multi-city events and activation projects and preparing cost estimates 
• Identifying right associates/vendors for each project and obtaining best costs prevailing in the 
• industry 
• Planning logistics of simultaneous multi-city roll-out of event and activation projects 
• On-ground presence to ensure that critical issues are addressed and execution in done as per 
• schedule 
• Pre-empting challenges before they come up and always providing best solutions to client 
• Needless to say - excellent written and spoken communications skills in English
