Conduct venue recces, supervise event setup, and manage on-site execution. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure all event elements are aligned. Ensure all event permissions, logistics, and operational requirements are in place. Prepare event reports and document learnings post-activity. Travel as required for event setup and execution.
