ERP Implementation Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Perform

  data entry, data cleansing, validation, and master data creation

  (items, vendors, customers, chart of accounts, etc.)
• Assist in ERP implementation activities across multiple modules such as

  Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Finance, HR, and Production.

• Provide

  technical and functional support

  during and after implementation.
• Assist in

  user training

  through one-on-one sessions, group training, and preparation of training manuals or help guides.
• Participate in testing and troubleshooting during ERP configuration and go-live.

Key Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.) or willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning).
• Basic understanding of business processes like purchase, sales, stock, accounts, HR, etc.
• Ability to

  learn quickly

  , work independently, and handle multiple tasks.
• Technical aptitude to work with software systems and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• Graduate in

  Commerce / Computer Applications / IT / Business Administration

  or related field.
• Candidates with

  prior ERP experience

  or internships will be preferred.
• Freshers with good Excel skills and eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
