Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Large account acquisition and Management
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Understand customer’s IT roadmap and budget allocation for the year
  • Establish a professional, working, consultative relationship with the clients including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored presentations to demonstrate how our solutions meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Maintains knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position the company's products and services better
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring a smooth transition to the implementation team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.


Qualifications:

  • Must have rich experience in large customer acquisition and management
  • Must have experience in stitching multiple solutions and working on complex deals
  • Good understanding of Revenue, GM, Cost factors, cashflow etc.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software, hardware, managed services, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of IT Services & Solutions Selling experience
