Note: This role is strictly focused on full-fledged email marketing for E-commerce brands and does not involve lead generation, sales, or business development.


Experience in Klaviyo is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:


Project Preparation:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather requirements for email campaigns.
  • Understand the brand, analyse competitors, and conduct market research for strategic planning.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines in the form of a content calendar.
  • Set up tools, manage email/domain setups, and verify contact information.
  • Ensure the integration of email marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives.


Campaign Planning:

  • Strategize and plan email campaigns based on target audience and marketing goals.
  • Segment email lists to deliver personalised and targeted content.
  • Analyse data and insights to optimise future email campaigns.


Working on Projects:

  • Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from creation to deployment.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with design teams, integrate feedback, and optimise Ecommerce flows.
  • Oversee end-to-end email campaign management, including copywriting, guiding designer, and design implementation.


Requirements:

  • Graduation is a must.
  • 1-3 of years experience in email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing tools and platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.
  • Sufficient knowledge of E-commerce and Cold email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing for optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in Email copywriting.
  • Proficiency in real-time analytics and post-campaign analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, engage in advanced planning, and manage project timelines effectively.
  • A positive and supportive approach to foster a productive team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the buyer journey and how to tailor emails accordingly.
  • Knowledge of brand positioning and use of copywriting frameworks like AIDA to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience designing and optimizing email automation workflows (e.g., drip campaigns).
  • Klaviyo experience is a strong plus.
