Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor/Engineer to oversee, manage, and maintain all electrical installations, systems, and compliance requirements across our facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a commitment to safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities:

·      Supervise and manage daily electrical operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across the facility.

·      Ensure regular inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment (e.g., LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, HVAC control systems, etc.).

IE Rules

·      Coordinate with external vendors, utility service providers, and statutory authorities when needed.

·      Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.

·      Handle emergency electrical breakdowns and restore operations with minimum downtime.

·      Prepare and maintain detailed maintenance logs, inventory records, and compliance reports.

·      Lead a team of electricians/technicians and ensure proper task delegation and performance monitoring.

·      Participate in internal audits, ISO/NABL inspections, and assist in ensuring facility readiness.

·      Provide support in project planning, installation of new machinery, and electrical expansion activities.

Preferred qualifications:

·   Degree/diploma in engineering preferably in Electrical (B.Tech/B.E./Diploma)

·   Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and supervision in industrial or laboratory environments.

·   Strong understanding of HT/LT electrical systems, safety protocols, and preventive maintenance techniques.

·   Familiarity with compliance documentation and electrical safety audits.

·   Proficiency in reading electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

·   Ability to lead a team and coordinate effectively with internal departments and external agencies.

IS standards

·   Fluent knowledge of MS office tools (word, excel).

·   Effective verbal communication and good writing skills.
