Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Design Engineer at HVAX Technologies Ltd. The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for tasks related to electrical design, design engineering, electrical engineering, electricity, and power distribution. Qualifications Electrical Design and Design Engineering skills Electrical Engineering and Power Distribution expertise Strong knowledge of Electricity principles Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Job Description Understanding technical documents/drawings of Civil and other MEP services Responsible for preparing detailed engineering of Electrical/ELV (CCTV, Fire Alarm System, Access control System, Telephone/Data Network system) and BMS/EMS systems according to project requirements and specifications Prepare Estimation & Costing of Electrical/ELV project Prepare indent of Electrical/ELV project & miscellaneous items required for project Prepare & Review GA, SLD, Wiring Drawings of Electrical Panels Review and Prepare Tender Documents, Layouts & Prepare BOM & Costing of Electrical/ELV Project Prepare Electrical Load calculation and sizing of Transformer and DG set. Responsible for Power Distribution System Design: Lighting & power design and calculation Attend inspection at factory/ vendor place. Attend & Meet Client/ Consultant for Kick Off / Technical Meeting as per project requirements. Coordinate & Provide Technical support to procurement and site team Prepare typical/schematic drawings for Electrical/ELV system/BMS & EMS as required Review and update complete project Single Line Drawing (SLD), ceiling plan (RCP) layout for light fixtures with coordination of HEPA, diffusers, and grills as per room, light looping drawings/power circuit drawings, Socket layout for Modular type/ Industrial type, Telephone/Data Outlet layout, layout for ELV system- Access Control, Door Interlocking, Fire Alarm system, Review/Update and Coordinate cable tray routine layout/conduit routine layout for Electrical/ /ELV Review Panel Location, Cable tray/Conduits sizing and quantification as per the project requirements. Review and record as-built drawings reflecting the final state of the Electrical/ELV and BMS/EMS systems inside clean room systems post-construction Coordinate drawings of Electrical with other services like HVAC, Utility, Process and clean room partitions ensuring compatibility and efficiency. Maintain document/drawing numbering, templates, revision numbers, and save them in designated folder systems for future records and reference.
