Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Educational Counselor to guide students through the process of pursuing MBBS education abroad. The role involves assisting students with selecting the right university, understanding admission procedures, preparing application documents, and guiding them through visa and travel formalities. The counselor should possess a deep understanding of international medical universities, country-specific admission criteria, and licensing pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about MBBS programs offered in countries like Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Philippines, Kazakhstan, and others.
• Guide students through the entire admissions process — from university selection to application submission and final enrollment.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on eligibility, curriculum, entrance exams, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa procedures.
• Help students prepare documentation such as SOPs, resumes, academic records, and financial documents.
• Build rapport and maintain regular follow-ups with students and their families throughout the counseling journey.
• Maintain a database of student leads, applications, and admissions using CRM or Excel tools.
• Coordinate with international university representatives and admission departments.
• Attend education fairs, seminars, webinars, and school/college visits to promote MBBS abroad programs.
• Stay updated with changes in global MBBS admissions, NMC guidelines, and visa policies.
• Achieve monthly student conversion/enrollment targets as per the company’s goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (any stream); background in education counseling, marketing, or healthcare is a plus.
• Proven experience in student counseling or international education is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s).
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with students and families.
• Organized, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace/MS Office tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
