Educational Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Educational Counsellor to support students in achieving their academic, personal, and career goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with students, parents, and faculty to provide guidance on course selection, college planning, career options, and personal development.

Location: Rajarhat Greens, Rajarhat Residency, First Floor, 1C, Reckjoyani More, Rajarhat main road., Rajarhat, Kolkata, West Bengal

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer academic guidance and support to students at all educational levels.
• Assist with course selection, career planning, and college admissions processes.
• Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions.
• Help students develop effective study habits, time management, and goal-setting strategies.
• Identify and support students facing academic or personal challenges, referring them to specialized services when necessary.
• Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and informational sessions on topics such as stress management, exam preparation, and career awareness.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to monitor student progress and plan interventions.
• Maintain accurate records of counselling activities and student progress.
• Stay informed about educational trends, admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and career pathways.

Qualifications:

• 12th Pass (preferred)
• Minimum 1 years of experience (preferred)
• Freshers can also apply
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using MS office
