🧩 Role Overview:

E-commerce Coordinator and Customer Support Executive

Success in this role means:

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Smoothing out e-commerce operations with minimal friction.
• Acting as the communication bridge between operations, logistics, and customers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Coordination:

• Manage Shopify backend for product uploads, price updates, discounts, and collections.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor inventory and flag low stock to the team.
• Assist with performance reporting using tools like Google Sheets/Excel.

Customer Support:

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
• Resolve order-related issues: returns, exchanges, delivery status, and complaints.
• Maintain a professional tone and helpful attitude in all interactions.
• Gather and report feedback from customers to improve our offerings.

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 years experience in e-commerce/customer service (Shopify or D2C brands preferred).
• Strong communication skills (written & spoken English and Hindi).
• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Shopify, and WhatsApp Business API.
• A problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude.
• Highly organized, responsible, and self-motivated.
