What You’ll Be Doing

  • Research and shortlist high-potential sellers on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.
  • Connect with brand founders and decision-makers via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
  • Understand their current pain points around listings, visibility, and performance
  • Coordinate and schedule strategy calls with the founder
  • Maintain structured CRM for seller tracking, follow-ups, and outreach
  • Join and observe discovery calls to understand client needs
  • Manage post-call follow-ups and nurture warm leads
  • Assist in creating brand dossiers or pitch decks if needed
  • Understand Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub to assist with Listing audits, Keyword research, Optimization (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content)
  • Use tools like

    Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, etc.

    for market mapping and account analysis


You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Enjoy working independently with minimal supervision
  • Have

    hands-on experience

    with Amazon Seller Central and/or Flipkart Seller Hub
  • Are familiar with listing creation, optimization, and keyword strategy
  • Know how to identify high-potential sellers via Amazon marketplace insights
  • Are confident in reaching out to founders and setting up discovery calls
  • Are detail-oriented and consistent with documentation and follow-ups
  • Have used research tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
  • Have good writing skills (for outreach and communication)
  • Value autonomy, high performance, and mindful growth
  • Want to deeply understand how e-commerce brands scale
