Responsibilities 1.Platform Promotion Strategy Development and Execution 2.Social Media Traffic Expansion and KOL Collaboration 3.Data-Driven Optimization and Reporting Qualifications 1.Hard Skills Proficiency in Indian e-commerce tools:Flipkart Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising,Meesho Seller Dashboard. Mastery of data analysis tools: Google Analytics,local platform data banks(e.g.,Flipkart Analytics). Expertise in UPI payment gateway integration and COD risk control strategies(e.g.,restricting shipments to high-rejection areas). 2.Soft Skills Localized content creation:Ability to write Hindi promotional copy,considering cultural and religious taboos(e.g.,in product design for festivals). Cross-cultural communication:Handling collaboration with local teams and customer complaints(e.g.,return reasons like"family members don't like it"). 3.Experience Background Over 3 years of experience in e-commerce promotion in India,with successful cases in beauty,3C,and home categories preferred. Familiarity with thePersonal Data Protection Bill(PDPB)in India to ensure compliance in promotions. Requires proficiency in English listening,speaking,reading,and writing,with a bachelor's degree or higher.
