Job Title: E-commerce Manager Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience Required: 3 to 5 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day e-commerce operations, driving online sales, managing product listings, and executing digital marketing strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement. --- Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and company website. Ensure high-quality content including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords (SEO-optimized). Monitor sales, inventory, pricing, returns, and order fulfillment processes. Plan and implement online marketing strategies (paid campaigns, offers, deals, etc.). Analyze data and generate reports on sales performance, user behavior, and campaign ROI. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints through online channels. Keep up to date with trends in e-commerce and recommend improvements. Key Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms. Strong knowledge of online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Proficiency in using tools like MS Excel, Google Analytics, Seller Central, etc. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento. Knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
