Job Description

Incident & Problem Management:
Managing end-to-end incident resolution against SLAs. Ensuring timely problem resolution and root cause analysis. Effective management of Major Incidents. Providing 24/7 support for critical issues or alternative escalation procedures. Aligning AMS SLAs with the client defined performance metrics. Continuous Improvement:
Identifying and implementing automation and cost efficiency opportunities. Delivering on the continuous improvement roadmap. Recommending service improvements to improve performance. Technical Support & Integration Management:
Supporting .Net applications and Ecommerce application integration into SAP. Managing integrations with SAP, Document Management Systems and other Third-party systems. Delivering service and change through tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps. Proactive monitoring and associated action to maintain system hygiene and performance
