Role & responsibilities Total Exp L2- 5 to 8yrs L3 -8+yrs Location-Mumbai Certification SDWAN JD and Certification : Expert Level Global Certification SDWAN L3 Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex network issues that L1 and L2 engineers cannot handle, using deep knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and protocols. Network Design and Architecture: Design and implement advanced network architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Performance Optimization: Analyze network performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimize the network for better performance and efficiency. Security Management: Implement and manage advanced security measures within the SD-WAN environment, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems. Policy Management: Develop and enforce network policies, including QoS (Quality of Service) and traffic management policies. Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with other IT teams, provide guidance to L1 and L2 engineers, and lead network projects. Vendor Management: Coordinate with SD-WAN vendors for support, updates, and new implementations. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and performance reports. These responsibilities ensure that the SD-WAN infrastructure is robust, secure, and capable of meeting the demands of modern network environments. Inventory , SOP creation, Diagram Inventory and Audit and compliance SDWAN Global certification – SDWAN L2 Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and manage SD-WAN solutions, including components such as vManage, vBond, and vSmart. Configuration and Deployment: Execute end-to-end deployment of SD-WAN policies, templates, and orchestrators. Monitoring and Maintenance: Proactively monitor network performance, identify issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshooting: Utilize command-line interface (CLI) tools and network analysers to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues within the SD-WAN environment. Quality of Service (QoS): Apply QoS principles to ensure optimal performance and manage network traffic effectively. Client Support: Provide second-line support for incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution without breaching service level agreements (SLAs) Collaboration: Work closely with clients and other engineering teams to resolve issues and improve network performance. These responsibilities ensure that the SD-WAN infrastructure is robust, efficient, and capable of meeting the demands of modern network environments.
