Job Description

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end incident resolution against SLAs and ensuring timely problem resolution along with root cause analysis. Effective management of Major Incidents will be a key part of your role. Providing 24/7 support for critical issues or following alternative escalation procedures will be necessary to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will align AMS SLAs with the client-defined performance metrics. Identifying and implementing automation and cost-efficiency opportunities will be crucial. It will be your responsibility to deliver on the continuous improvement roadmap and recommend service improvements to enhance overall performance. Furthermore, you will be supporting .Net applications and E-commerce application integration into SAP. Managing integrations with SAP, Document Management Systems, and other third-party systems will be part of your tasks. You will also be responsible for delivering service and change through tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps. Proactive monitoring and taking associated action to maintain system hygiene and performance will be essential for this role.,
