About the Role

Dispatch Operations team member

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our delivery operations by coordinating schedules, supporting our fleet of independent drivers, and solving real-time routing issues. This role offers valuable experience in logistics, operations, and startup growth—with room to take on more responsibility over time.

What You’ll Do

• Support delivery operations by helping dispatch and coordinate routes between restaurants and customers
• Monitor real-time delivery activity and assist with resolving issues as they arise
• Communicate with drivers and ensure coverage across all shifts
• Collaborate with the City Ops team to keep operations running smoothly
• Assist with weekly scheduling and updates
• Provide feedback to improve routing and dispatch tools

Schedule & Pay

• $35 per day worked

• 2–4 days per week

  , depending on need (schedules are shared one week in advance)

• Work remotely

  from anywhere

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized, dependable, and quick on your feet
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and with minimal supervision
• Tech-savvy – able to navigate software and mobile tools with ease
• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer support is a plus, but not required
