Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end dispatch operations for physical rewards/gifts. • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries. • Track and update dispatch status, manage delays and escalate issues proactively. • Oversee inventory movement, stock reconciliation, and packaging QC. • Maintain accurate logs and prepare reports for stock, dispatch, and delivery performance. • Manage returns, damaged goods, and coordinate with vendors for replacements. • Liaise with courier companies for pickup scheduling, tracking support, and dispute resolution. • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and client-specific packaging/delivery standards.   Skills & Qualifications: • 1–4 years of experience in dispatch/operations roles in a loyalty or gift company (Preferred). • Strong knowledge of dispatch coordination, shipping documentation, and courier tracking. • Hands-on experience with Excel and ERP/dispatch systems. • Good communication skills to coordinate across vendors and internal teams. • Ability to manage multiple orders and timelines with strong attention to detail. • Problem-solving mindset and ownership of assigned tasks.
