Job Description

One of our SaaS portfolio companies is looking for a Senior leader to join the business and drive all commercial activity for fast-growing SMB/Mid-Market companies. Responsibilities Own overall strategy across core revenue targets and partnerships Help drive GTM strategy across channels and markets for the business Manage a team of close to 20 to drive all commercial activity Monitor and implement sales commission plans, CRM processes and other revenue operations Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls and sales demos Own sales planning and forecasting, monitor funnels and reporting dashboards Qualifications At least 7 to 10 years of sales experience is preferred Some prior experience managing a small team would be preferred Prior experience selling into mid-market would be preferred Prior experience growing teams Technology or Start-up experience Proactive and hustler mentality Please apply to this role directly on LinkedIn.
