Role Overview:


We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in real estate digital marketing, performance campaigns, and managing end-to-end lead funnels.



Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize & Execute Performance Campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube for lead generation.

• Plan and manage budgets across digital platforms to ensure optimal ROIs and CPL.

• Design end-to-end lead funnels, monitor performance, and optimize for higher conversion.

• Work with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and emailers.

• Collaborate with the sales team to track lead quality and align campaigns with project targets.

• Manage social media strategy and online presence to boost brand visibility and engagement.

• Use tools like CRM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc. for tracking and reporting.

• Coordinate with digital agencies (if any) and external vendors to ensure campaign execution.

• Constantly research and implement new tools, platforms, and trends in real estate digital marketing.



Key Skills & Requirements:

• 8–10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate or property consultancy.

• Proven success in lead generation and conversion marketing.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and retargeting.

• Data-driven with deep experience in analytics and reporting.

• Excellent communication, team management, and vendor coordination skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, LeadSquared, HubSpot, etc. is a plus.

• Up-to-date with current digital trends and best practices in real estate marketing.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing preferred.
