About the Role

We are hiring a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer / Instructor to join our education team. You will lead interactive, hands-on training sessions designed to equip students and professionals with job-ready digital marketing skills.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, along with at least 2 years of teaching or training experience. You should be well-versed in both foundational and advanced digital marketing practices and enjoy mentoring and guiding others.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions on:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Social Media Marketing (SMM)
• Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Email Marketing
• Content Marketing
• Web Analytics (Google Analytics, GA4)
• Design, update, and improve training materials and session content
• Conduct tool demonstrations, real-life case studies, and practical assignments
• Monitor student performance and provide timely, actionable feedback
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and certifications
• Offer guidance and support to students during and after sessions

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
• 2+ years of experience in training, teaching, or mentoring
• Expertise in using tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics (UA & GA4), Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Digital Marketing Certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) are preferred
