What you would do:

• Drive efficient and effective growth in key metrics  across channels
• Manage internal teams and external teams to ensure metrics are met
• Constantly be on top of the latest tools & techniques that help grow & optimise
• Own a list of quantifiable KPIs and deliver on them
• Drive the B2B2C channels thru strategic marketing partnerships
• Work closely and directly with the co-founders,  leadership team as well as potential external partners & investors

What you should have:

• About 3-5 years of digital marketing experience. FinTech of BFSI experience would be an additional bonus
• Strong working knowledge of paid and organic platforms to drive growth, marketing automation and engagement platforms like CleverTap, HubSpot etc. to drive engagement and so on.
• Great communication skills with the ability to write copy if required
• Obsession with numbers and an eye for detail
• An appetite to learn about A.I and its power to redefine marketing
• The right ‘hustle quotient’ to be always impatient and wanting to constantly improve
