Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in lead generation and sales conversion specifically within the Business Setup Services domain. This is an onsite position based in Kochi and ideal for a results-driven marketing professional who understands the intricacies of UAE/GCC company formation, PRO services, and client acquisition.

This role goes beyond driving traffic—it requires someone with a proven ability to deliver qualified leads that convert into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns focused on generating leads for Business Setup, PRO Services, and Corporate Representation.
• Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other high-performing platforms.
• Monitor and refine PPC strategies to maximize conversions and reduce cost-per-lead.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team for smooth lead handover and to track closure rates.
• Analyze campaign data to report on ROI and actual client acquisition.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and automate follow-ups.
• Create compelling content including ad copy, landing pages, and targeted campaigns for entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners.
• Keep abreast of marketing trends and competitor strategies in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and wider GCC markets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Business Setup Services.
• In-depth understanding of company formation procedures and target audience behaviors in the UAE/GCC region.
• Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads that result in actual sales closures.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance-based lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret key performance metrics.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. (Arabic proficiency is a plus.)
