What You'll Own:

• Drive

  integrated digital strategies

  across SEO, SEM, content, social, and email.
• Manage and optimize

  performance campaigns

  (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) with clear reporting and ROI tracking.
• Lead internal resources (SEO, content, design, SMM) to ensure on-time, high-impact execution.
• Own campaign flow from

  brief → assets → review → launch

  .
• Deliver weekly dashboards and insights that drive decisions.
• Oversee 2–4 client accounts + internal Weft marketing, keeping communication sharp and goal-driven.
• Stay ahead of trends and push smart, bold marketing experiments.
• Collaborate closely with the

  CEO and product teams

  on GTM, messaging, and growth goals.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years

  in digital marketing (agency or brand side).
• Experience managing teams and freelancers (SEO, content, paid).
• Strong execution mindset — you're hands-on, not just strategic.
• Deep knowledge of SEO, content, paid ads, and analytics.
• Tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, SEMrush, Search Console, CMS platforms.
• Clear, confident communication across creative, client, and tech teams.
• Self-managed and organized — you keep timelines and teams on track.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with

  early-stage startups

  or D2C brands.
• Strong eye for creative with the ability to give solid feedback.
• Ability to think

  performance + brand

  together (not in silos).
