Role Overview:

Digital Marketing Manager



Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing & Ads:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, Display), YouTube, etc.
  • Work closely with the brand manager & graphic designer to develop impactful creatives and ad copies
  • Maintain ROAS goals and campaign performance within allocated budgets

Social Media & Content Strategy:

  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with product drops, campaigns, and brand tone
  • Coordinate with visual, ecommerce and brand teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and creative consistency
  • Monitor trends, reels, and community engagement to fuel growth

Website & SEO:

  • Manage website updates, product listings, homepage changes, and banners via Shopify
  • Oversee basic on-page SEO (meta tags, alt text, etc.)
  • Integrate and manage tracking, analytics, and delivery tools like

    Aftership

Email & CRM:

  • Plan emailers and promotional communications aligned with launches and marketing goals
  • Coordinate with creative team for content and ensure timely execution
  • Build effective communication flows and re-marketing strategies

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track KPIs and performance across platforms
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and optimization suggestions
  • Use tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Search Console, etc.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the

    founders

    ,

    brand manager

    , and

    e-commerce

    teams for product launches, promotions, and campaign planning
  • Liaise with external agencies or freelancers for specialized requirements


What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in

    D2C designer or luxury fashion brands

  • Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, and other similar tools
  • Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to align storytelling with performance
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment


Good to Have:

  • Prior experience with

    D2C designer or luxury fashion brands

  • Basic design/editing skills for quick turnarounds using

    Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator

  • Experience in

    influencer marketing

    and

    affiliate partnerships
