Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management:

  • Manage all clients' SEO and digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into actionable digital strategies.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and performance updates.

  • Retain clients by delivering measurable results and providing exceptional service.
  1. SEO and Ads Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor SEO strategies for clients to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

  • Design and manage effective advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and advertising algorithm changes to maintain competitive performance.
  1. Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of SEO and Ads specialists to achieve client goals.
  • Define KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for team members and ensure accountability.

  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
  1. Reporting and Strategy Development:

  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, analytics, and ROI for clients and management.

  • Develop and present strategic plans to enhance client outcomes and agency growth.
  1. International Client Experience:


    • Handle clients from international markets, particularly Australia, ensuring cultural sensitivity and effective communication.
    • Adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of global clients.


    Key Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in an agency setting.

    • Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
    • Excellent team management and leadership skills.

    • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
    • Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.

    • Ability to create and track KRAs and KPIs effectively.
    • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
