We're looking for a performance-first digital marketer who can run, scale, and optimise ad campaigns for a fast-growing creator-led brand.
Someone who understands audience psychology, funnel strategy, and creative testing
– Run FB & IG campaigns end-to-end (awareness → conversion)
– Launch, scale and optimise funnels for digital products/courses
– Build high-ROAS strategies for performance marketing
– Work closely with design, copy & brand teams for creative alignment
– Analyze ad performance daily and refine campaigns for efficiency
✅ Has 2–4 yrs of Meta ads experience
✅ Has spent ₹20L+ in ad budgets with proven ROI
✅ Knows how to scale funnels across TOFU/MOFU/BOFU
✅ Can handle remarketing, lookalikes, custom audiences, pixels
✅ Understands ad creative psychology
(Bonus): Experience working with content creators or D2C brands
