Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute online marketing strategies for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, lead generation, and brand positioning to maximize digital presence and drive qualified inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to promote residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Manage end-to-end social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and user engagement.
• Run targeted paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate leads.
• Collaborate with sales teams to track conversions and improve campaign performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and drip campaigns.
• Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities in the real estate sector.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation and nurturing techniques.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Strong communication, creativity, and strategic thinking skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 5 years (Preferred)
