Head of Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Oversee all digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, influencer marketing, and paid advertising.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals and external agencies.
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, etc.) across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
• Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to develop engaging campaigns and cohesive messaging.
• Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure brand consistency and maintain digital reputation across all channels.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies and implement best practices.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on investment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5- 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful digital campaigns and lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, CRM, and automation tools.
• Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
