We’re Hiring: Google Ads Strategist – Chennai (Onsite Only) Are you a search campaign strategist who thrives on optimizing high-budget, performance-driven Google Ads campaigns across global markets? We’re looking for someone strategic, analytical, and technically sharp to manage direct campaigns in Google Ads (no automation tools here) for international clients, primarily in Australia. If bidding strategies, match types, and troubleshooting underperformance come naturally to you — we want to talk. Your Role:Plan, execute, and scale high-budget Google Search campaigns targeting international clients (focus: Australia).Own the full lifecycle of Google Ads: keyword research, match types (exact, phrase, broad), bidding strategy, and conversion tracking.Apply advanced bidding techniques like Target CPA, ROAS, Enhanced CPC, and Manual CPC — based on campaign performance.Analyze campaign data deeply and respond to live scenarios — for instance, when campaigns underperform in specific cities like Melbourne or Gold Coast.Be strong in negative keyword strategy and account structure — ensure performance is optimized by avoiding irrelevant clicks.Conduct live A/B testing across ads, landing pages, bidding strategies, and ad extensions.Work closely with creative and development teams to align campaigns with goals.Keep pace with the latest Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and competition benchmarks. Required Skills & Experience:3–7 years of hands-on experience managing Google Search Ads (not through 3rd party tools).Experience managing high-budget accounts (₹1 Cr+ / $25K+ per month).Strong understanding of keyword match types (exact, phrase, broad), bidding strategies, and campaign troubleshooting.Proven track record of building and managing performance-driven campaigns for international clients.Experience working with Google Analytics, GTM, and GA4.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to answer real-time campaign challenges.Experience in industries like E-commerce, Auto, Finance, or Healthcare is a plus.Google Ads certification preferred.
