We're Hiring: Google Search Ads Strategist / Performance Marketer – Chennai (Onsite Only) Join our team at Elephant in the Boardroom to manage high-budget Google Search campaigns for international clients, primarily in Australia. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on marketer with 3–7 years of experience managing Google Ads manually (no automation tools). Key Responsibilities: Plan and optimize search campaigns end-to-end Manage keyword strategies, bidding (Manual CPC, Target CPA, ROAS), and conversion tracking Troubleshoot underperformance and run A/B tests Collaborate with creative and tech teams across India, Australia, and the Philippines Requirements: Managed ₹1 Cr+ / $25K+ monthly budgets Skilled in match types, negative keywords, GA4, and GTM Experience in e-commerce, auto, finance, or healthcare is a plus Location: Chennai (Onsite Only) Apply: hrindia@elephantintheboardroom.co.in Show more Show less
