About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in e-commerce marketing, Google Ads, SEO, and performance marketing. This role is critical in scaling our D2C sales channels, optimizing ad spends, and ensuring ROI-focused growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and shopping campaigns
• Manage budgets and deliver on KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and CTR
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels

E-commerce Marketing:

• Drive traffic and conversions on Shopify or other platforms
• Set up and optimize email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo or Mailchimp)
• Create and manage product campaigns, festive/seasonal offers, and remarketing strategies

SEO & Content Optimization:

• Conduct keyword research and optimize product pages, blogs, and landing pages
• Coordinate with content and design teams to align SEO best practices
• Track organic rankings and optimize based on performance

Analytics & Reporting:

• Analyze website & ad performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Data Studio
• Share weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the design, content, and social media teams for 360° campaign execution
• Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes

Requirements:

MBA in Marketing
2+ years of experience in D2C or eCommerce marketingStrong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console)Hands-on experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platformsProficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager & Excel/Google SheetsStrategic mindset with a strong grasp of consumer behavior and funnel optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
