About Our Client

Ensure Operational Excellence:

Act as a Strategic Business Partner:

The Successful Applicant

• 15-20 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in Japanese companies
• Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), certifications, and audit management
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives
• Skilled in driving internal and external audits and ensuring zero non-compliance
• Experience in conducting root cause analysis and resolving customer complaints to enhance satisfaction
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, aligning quality goals with organizational objectives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with C-suite executives
• Ability to foster a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization
