Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.
This role blends deep expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud automation with leadership responsibilities to drive best practices and mentor the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the DevOps team and promote CI/CD, IaC, and automation best practices.
• Design and maintain secure, highly available infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Oversee system monitoring, logging, and incident response.
• Embed security into infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Mentor and guide team members; evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Two or more current cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, etc.).
• Expertise in at least two major cloud platforms.
• Strong skills in CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools.
• Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or Go).
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
• Experience integrating security into DevOps processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with server less and microservices deployments.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies.
• Relevant advanced certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, etc.).

Working Conditions:

• Primarily onsite at our Trivandrum office, with occasional hybrid flexibility.
• Monday–Friday, approx. 40 hours/week, with some overlap with PST.
• Light on-call rotation; occasional travel for team meetings or conferences.
