Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer data profiles.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and external platforms.
• Design and manage customer identity resolution strategies.
• Work on data ingestion pipelines and ensure clean, validated, and structured data flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable segmentation, personalization, and advanced analytics.
• Support activation of unified data across different channels for better customer engagement.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data governance and compliance.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with minimum 1–2 years in Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of CDP, Data Modeling, Identity Resolution, and Consent Management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud Studio, Data Streams, and Calculated Insights.
• Proficiency in APIs, ETL tools, and data integration frameworks.
• Solid grasp of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• Salesforce certifications in Data Cloud or related domains will be a strong plus.
  

Good to Have

• Experience in industry-specific use cases such as Retail, Healthcare, or Finance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
