Desktop Support Engineer

1. Engineer Voice and Desktop Support : 2 Positions (4+ Years Experience)

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Must have excellent knowledge in Hardware & Networking. Certification in any Voice stream is added advantage.
• Knowledge or hands on experience in any EPBX systems with PRI, SIP Trunk Genesis, Cisco, Siemens or Avaya and Call center technology. IP, Digital & Analog phones configurations.
• Good Troubleshooting knowledge and deep understanding on VoIP technology with Domain skills like AD,DHCP, DNS, Switching, VoIP codecs, IP protocols and Deep understanding on OSI architecture.
• Knowledge on Basic to core system, OS level, AV devices.
• AR and RCM process understanding. Vendor co-ordination, Asset maintenance. Team values.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work for night shifts. And working for Global Voice team.

2. JD for Engineer Voice and Desktop support (Exp : 3+ yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
• Maintain system security, updates, and patches.
• Assist users with software installations and upgrades.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and resolve IT-related queries.
• Able to configure Email and resolve office related queries.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve system efficiency.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Domain environment.
• Knowledge of Windows Endpoint OS, Win 10, 11
• Working knowledge of MS 365 and services, Basic cloud fundamentals
• Working in night shifts with rotation based on projects.
• Working for Global support team.
