Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues in-person or remotely.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and system updates.
Manage user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory.
Handle basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi/IP configuration).
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams as required.
Document issues and resolutions using ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira).
Assist with asset tagging, inventory, and hardware replacements.
Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11), MS Office Suite, and common desktop applications.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Outlook/Exchange, and remote desktop tools.
Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking concepts.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
Customer-service mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
Industry certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, or ITIL (optional but preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,090.17 - ₹24,849.74 per month
