Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Design & Build Specialist to join our integrated team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional projects from concept through to completion. You will work across all facets of our projects, ensuring seamless coordination between design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:

   Oversee the full project lifecycle—from initial design concept and planning to construction execution and handover—ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

• Design & Innovation:

   Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to develop creative, sustainable, and functional design solutions that meet client needs and industry regulations.

• Coordination & Communication:

   Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors. Facilitate effective communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

• Process Optimization:

   Implement and continuously refine standardized processes and best practices to streamline workflows, manage approvals, and enhance project efficiency.

• Technology Integration:

   Utilize state-of-the-art tools (e.g., BIM, project management software, digital collaboration platforms) to manage drawings, track progress, and ensure real-time project updates.

• Quality & Compliance:

   Enforce rigorous quality assurance and safety protocols on-site, ensuring that every project meets our high standards and complies with all relevant regulations.

• Vendor & Procurement Management:

   Oversee the sourcing and procurement of materials, negotiate with vendors, and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in design and build projects, particularly in corporate or retail environments.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, BIM 360) and project management tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive, innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality.
