Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

• Manage and motivate a team of 10–30+ callers.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as call volumes, conversion ratios, and drop recoveries.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Plan and execute campaigns for different banks (HDFC, IDFC First, Axis).
• Identify high-conversion segments and optimize lead flow.

Training & Quality Control:

• Train new hires on product knowledge, call pitch, and objection handling.
• Regularly monitor calls for quality assurance and give feedback.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare daily MIS, productivity reports, and funnel performance.
• Coordinate with bank channel managers and backend processing teams.

Market Feedback & Competitor Intelligence:

• Provide inputs to improve product features or processes based on market feedback.
• Stay aware of competitor offers to improve pitch effectiveness.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 10–50 *outbound* / *dropchase* callers to meet and exceed team sales targets of Credit Card Outs.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets aligned with each Credit Card Bank-specific objectives and overall business goals.
• Monitor KPIs such as call volumes, conversion ratios, drop recoveries, and application approval rates, providing real-time feedback and coaching.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Plan and execute targeted outbound calling campaigns for multiple banks CC (e.g., Axis, SBI, HDFC, IDFC First, HSBC etc), customizing approaches to suit each bank’s credit card portfolio.
• Develop strategies to recover dropped leads and improve funnel progression, ensuring maximum conversion at each stage.
• Conduct performance reviews, implement incentive programs, and address underperformance to maintain a high-performing team.

MIS, Reporting & Coordination

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of MIS dashboards to track real-time performance metrics
• Coordinate with bank channel managers and backend processing teams to ensure seamless application processing, approval tracking, and issue resolution.
