Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Service Delivery Head to lead the delivery of software development, implementation, and support services across projects and client engagements. This role requires a hands-on technology leader who can architect solutions, manage small and large distributed teams, and ensure that technical standards and business objectives are consistently met. You will be responsible for end-to-end technical delivery management, governance, and optimization across different projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Service Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery of software development and support services across all internal projects and client accounts. Manage cross-functional delivery teams including developers, QA engineers, support staff, and project managers. Drive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal stake holders and key clients on delivery-related matters. People & Performance Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams to foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellence. Set team goals, conduct performance reviews, and implement training programs. Allocate resources effectively to balance workload and project priorities. Identify and close skill gaps through training and talent development. Operational Efficiency: Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines and quality. Identify risks and bottlenecks in service delivery and implement corrective actions. Oversee sprint planning, technical estimates, and risk mitigation strategies. Technical Oversight: Lead the architecture, design, and technical execution of multiple projects across technologies. Review and validate system designs, code quality, and scalability of solutions. Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, etc.). Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in software development and delivery or IT services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in managing multi-project environments, especially in agile or hybrid models. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, ITIL practices, DevOps, and cloud-based solutions. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and deliver complex technology solutions. Certifications in PMP, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or DevOps.
