The role you will undertake involves creating exceptional product architectural designs for both existing and new products, thereby facilitating delivery teams to ensure exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing architectural designs, defining product requirements, understanding market-driven business needs, creating product-wide architectural designs, conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs), proposing core technology strategies, and providing solutioning for RFPs received from clients. You will also collaborate with various teams such as sales, development, and consulting to reconcile solutions to architecture, analyze technology environments and client requirements, provide technical leadership, validate solutions from various perspectives, identify problem areas and perform root cause analysis, and track industry trends to plan future IT needs. Additionally, you will support delivery teams during product deployment, collaborate to develop product validation and performance testing plans, and maintain the product roadmap. Your role also involves enabling delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, establishing relevant metrics to drive results, identifying risks and preparing mitigation plans, ensuring quality assurance of design decisions, and developing and maintaining enterprise frameworks. Furthermore, you will support pre-sales activities, negotiate with client teams, demonstrate thought leadership in front of clients, and focus on competency building and branding for Wipro. You will be responsible for resourcing, talent management, team performance management, employee satisfaction, and engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will focus on competency building, mentorship, team management, and performance measurement to ensure the team's success.
