Key Responsibilities include: - Collaborating with the IT manager to assess current and future organizational needs. - Evaluating the feasibility of system upgrades or the necessity for new system installations. - Proposing innovative design concepts and blueprints to meet organizational requirements. - Leading the design and execution phases of system implementations. - Engaging with software developers to address software system requirements. - Resolving system issues promptly and efficiently. - Supervising all components involved in system integration. - Evaluating the performance of upgraded or new systems. - Conducting staff training on system procedures. - Providing post-installation feedback to enhance system efficiency. Technical Architect Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science. - Prior experience in a technical architect role. - Proficiency in enterprise systems, networking modules, and software integration. - Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems. - Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, and Office software. - Strong project management skills. - Excellent communication abilities. - Capacity to conceptualize large-scale designs from basic specifications. - Proficient in resolving complex IT challenges.
