Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dealer Sales Manager located in Chhattisgarh, India. The Dealer Sales Manager will be responsible for managing dealer relationships, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and providing training and support to dealer networks. Daily tasks will also include market analysis, reporting on sales performance, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance dealership sales. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is crucial for this role.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in market analysis and performance reporting
• Ability to train and support dealer networks effectively

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the Tractor, Agriculture implement industry is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Chhattisgarh, India
