Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced DBMS Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and hands-on training sessions to students or professionals, ensuring they gain comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in DBMS.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop training materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises on database management systems.
  • Update course content regularly to align with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Conduct interactive training sessions on topics such as SQL, database design, normalization, indexing, data modeling, and database security.
  • Address queries and provide mentorship to learners during the course.
  • Create and evaluate quizzes, assignments, and assessments to measure learners' understanding.
  • Offer constructive feedback and guidance to improve learner performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in DBMS technologies, tools, and practices.
  • Assist learners in solving real-world database-related problems.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in database management systems and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases, and tools like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
  • Familiarity with concepts like database optimization, backup and recovery, and data warehousing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in teaching or training is an advantage.
