About the role

We're hiring a full-time Data Scientist / Web Developer with strong Python fundamentals and a builder’s mindset. The company you’ll be joining is a product development startup working with early- to growth-stage companies to bring ambitious ideas to life. They combine AI-assisted workflows with nimble, high-quality execution across product, design, and engineering teams.

You’ll work directly with a small, high-performance team on a range of AI-forward and web-based applications—shaping solutions from scratch and iterating quickly.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of experience building web applications using Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django, FastAPI)
• Is confident with data modeling, analysis, and integration into backend workflows
• Is hands-on with modern ML toolkits and libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Understands how to build and deploy scalable APIs
• Has experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (PMs, designers, engineers) in fast-paced environments
• Communicates clearly and is comfortable taking ownership

Nice to have:

• Experience working with LLMs or integrating GenAI tools
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, HTMX, or similar)
• Exposure to product development in startup or client-service environments
