Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Analyst located in Bengaluru. The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support decision-making processes. Daily tasks include developing data models, creating data reports, conducting statistical analyses, and communicating findings to the team. The Data Analyst will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of data across systems, ensuring data quality, maintaining pipelines, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor data pipelines and workflows to ensure timely and accurate data delivery

Perform data validation, cleansing, and enrichment to maintain high-quality data

Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to resolve data issues and ensure consistency

Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, processes, and workflows

Automate repetitive data tasks and processes using scripts or tools

Assist in onboarding new data sources and integrating them into existing systems

Proactively identify and address data quality issues and inconsistencies

• Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support business operations and decision-making
